A bioproduction building at the heart of the Genopole ecosystem, south of Paris

The Cube project is part of the business development pathway in the Grand Paris Sud area. Due to its proximity to the historic Genopole site, a world-renowned biocluster dedicated to biotechnology, the project aims to support the industrial development of the area.

The objective is to sustain the establishment of high-performing and innovative companies in the Evry-Courcouronnes area, labelled as an Industrial Territory, by offering facilities for SMEs.

An innovative rental offer…

Cube is a complementary rental solution aimed at companies in the bioproduction sector, either as a pilot hall for already established players or as a production site for innovative projects.

This offer will allow them, in a short time, to set up a production tool that meets GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards and transition from the R&D stage to production in a building ready to be customised according to their needs.

…combining flexibility and scalability

The architectural concept aims for maximum flexibility with an open plan and optimised height to accommodate clean rooms of varying heights and their dedicated technical floor.

The building’s structure is designed to allow, depending on the activities carried out, the addition of intermediate slabs in the double-height area.

The façades are designed to be non-load-bearing and partially removable, allowing tenants to change the layout of a production unit, add large production equipment, or completely reconfigure the space in case of a change of user.
