A prime and strategic location at the heart of the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines High Tech Park.

Located 20 km from Paris, Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines is the second largest economic hub in Western Paris and the leading commercial hub in the Yvelines region. It boasts an exceptional environment conducive to the success of businesses and the well-being of its residents.

The Nest project is set within this 300-hectare ecosystem, which hosts over 17,000 highly skilled jobs in the headquarters and R&D centres of major corporations. Specifically, it is situated in the commune of Élancourt, on a 4,761 m² plot within the Paris-Saclay National Interest Operation zone, which includes key activity hubs.

Nest is positioned in this well-established business park, calling for the creation of a "techtuary" offer, designed to meet the needs of tech companies with a tailored real estate solution and a dedicated living space for employees, integrated into the city.

A hybrid, innovative, and unifying living hub

Developed in collaboration with the region, the Nest project, spread across two buildings, offers productive workspaces, technology platforms, offices, and services.

Its aim is to promote interaction and collaborative work among the various users of the site, who will have access to a range of professional events in unique, open, and shared spaces.

With a focus on flexibility and modularity, Nest offers an innovative hybrid programme, combining flexible leasing solutions with a comprehensive range of services that meet the unmet needs of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. The technology platforms and offices, designed for start-ups and SMEs in the area, are scalable and adaptable based on the growth of their users. All spaces benefit from surrounding outdoor areas, creating a connection with the urban environment and fostering a calm and inspiring atmosphere.

Through its makerspaces – workshop areas – and the provision of flexible, shared spaces, Nest aims to create agile environments that contribute to the diversification and transformation of the region.

As part of the project, Walter | Patriarche will provide spaces and facilities tailored to the needs of the high-tech industry, along with associated services, to support the area's development by offering real estate solutions aligned with the challenges faced by the businesses hosted.

An eco-conscious architecture

Nest stands out with its eco-conscious architecture, using sustainable materials and incorporating recommendations from an ecological study focused on biodiversity challenges. The project aims to achieve the BREEAM "Excellent" certification.
