Pepper & Spicy

Pepper and Spicy will be located in the Valmy III ecopole at the gateway to Dijon-Nord. This new-generation tertiary centre with 130,000 m² of floor space, with a sustainable and environmentally friendly approach, is spread around a 4-hectare park. It is ideally served by the ring road and tramway.

The two buildings are served by central cores giving four access points to each level and allowing excellent division of the floors. Key project characteristics include:
